Strategy Overview
Vanna allows traders to invest only in approved contracts from a pre-defined list, ensuring that funds are not sent to vulnerable smart contracts. This risk mitigation strategy safeguards the integrity of traders' investments.
Traders on the Vanna platform can use leverage to execute their strategies, particularly within the derivatives market. By leveraging options and futures markets, traders can hedge their positions effectively, optimizing their trading outcomes and managing risks efficiently.
Future Market Integration
Vanna integrates with the future market, providing traders the ability to open long or short positions using leveraged amounts. In this setup, the ownership of all positions lies with the Smart Account associated with each trader. Currently, Vanna utilizes the MUX protocol's future market for executing these trades. This integration allows traders to capitalize on market movements and apply various trading strategies while maintaining the security and efficiency provided by their Smart Accounts.
Option Market Integration
Vanna provides traders with the capability to engage in the option market using their leveraged amounts. Traders can perform various option instruments, such as buying calls, selling calls, buying puts, and selling puts, allowing them to execute strategies based on their Greeks.
In this setup, the ownership of all positions is managed by the Smart Account associated with each trader.
Spot Market Integration
The spot market is particularly useful for traders dealing in equities. Within Vanna, traders can use equity to hedge their positions as part of their overall strategy. They have the flexibility to swap any allowed asset on our platform, facilitating the smooth execution of their trading strategies.
As with other market integrations, the ownership of all positions in the spot market is managed by the Smart Account associated with each trader
