Protocol Fees

At Vanna, we maintain a straightforward and competitive fee structure to ensure transparency and affordability for our users. Here’s an overview of our fees:

1. Borrowing Fee:

   • A fee of 1% is charged on every borrowing action. This fee is calculated based on the total amount borrowed and is deducted at the time of the borrowing transaction.

2. Future Fees:

   • Lending Fee: In the future, we plan to introduce a fee on lending actions. Lenders will pay this fee when they withdraw their position. This fee will help support platform sustainability while remaining competitive and fair.

   • Profit Sharing Fee: We are also working on a profit-sharing fee structure. Traders will share a portion of their profits with lenders and the Vanna protocol, aligning our interests with those of our users and incentivizing mutual growth.
